Ballot, Draw and Refund Policy

The Entry for The Cheshire Cat will close at 5pm on Wednesday 9th July. At this time a Ballot with be held. The 66 players with the lowest Handicap Index at this time will be 'Successful' and entered into the Tournament Draw. These 66 Successful Entrants will be sent a copy of the draw by midnight on Thursday 10th July.

A Reserve List will be set up following the Ballot. This will consist of the 20 players with the lowest Handicap Index who fail to progress through the Ballot. Reserve List players will not be regarded as Successful until they have confirmed their availablity to be entered into the draw.

Successful Entries are defined as players who are entered onto the Startsheets and will not be eligible for a refund.

An entrant who makes it through the ballot will receive a refund if they can be replaced from the reserve list.

Refunds for Unsuccessful Entries will be paid on the Monday following the Tournament.
